Remove stale typhoon.xml tree-dump artifact.
Untouched since the 2004-era initial checkin; only ever writable by
DUMP_TREE=1 builds (dumptree.c), which nothing in this project's
normal or test build profiles enables. A 1MB+ fossil sample, not a
generated-and-regenerated file.
