Fix undeclared fPruneReduceEligible typo in dead FH_TABLE_COLLECTION block
Same class of bug as the just-removed PRUNE_VERIFY: search.c's
#ifdef FH_TABLE_COLLECTION block (never defined by any GNUmakefile
path) referenced fPruneReduceEligible, which doesn't exist -- the
real variable is fMoveIsPruneReduceEligible. Confirmed this block has
never compiled (clang -DFH_TABLE_COLLECTION failed before this fix,
succeeds after). Unlike PRUNE_VERIFY, this is a one-identifier typo
with an obvious correct fix (the real variable's name is a strict
superset, "Move" inserted), not a case of missing/invented semantics,
so fixed rather than removed. Two stale comment references to the old
name updated too.
